Pretty good workout this morning again. Really felt a great pump in my quads. I increased weight or reps in most of the exercises and it felt awesome. When I do these workouts I do all "Set 1" in a row then repeat to "Set 2."

Wednesday Evening Workout:
Got my jog in tonight! 2.5miles. Took longer than normal which is fine. There was a lot of people on the trail and I hate to pass someone then start walking. When I go with my friend we set up points where we run and walk to allow him to catch his breath and my legs are pretty beat after 2 leg workouts and then going running so its nice for me as well. Overall though I was happy with this jog!
